Our Experience
Our experience embraces both quantitative and qualitative survey research of all kinds, and over the past ten years we have also developed a particular proficiency in mystery shopping activity and observation studies at the retail level.
The company was established in 1991, since when two of its directors have been full members of the Market Research Society and adhere to its professional code of conduct.
All of our senior research executives are thoroughly capable of planning and undertaking all types of research projects, and analysing and interpreting the findings. All are experienced and enthusiastic researchers, with a realistic approach to survey design and research methodology which comes from working for a number of years on both sides of the business both as buyers and suppliers of research services.
